ANALYSTS
WHO THINK
LIKE FOUNDERS

Analytique Consulting was built for one type of client: scale-ups in the messy middle — past early traction, not yet at enterprise efficiency. That's where we live.

We don't send junior consultants with slide templates. We deploy senior business analysts who understand the unique pressure of high-growth organisations and build systems that hold under scale.

WE BUILT
THIS FOR
FOUNDERS
LIKE YOU.

Analytique Consulting was founded by operators, not consultants. Our founders came from high-growth startups — they'd lived through the chaos of rapid scale and understood what traditional consulting firms consistently got wrong.

Too often, brilliant teams are held back not by ambition or talent, but by a lack of structure and clarity in their strategic and operational processes. Misaligned goals, inefficient workflows and unclear priorities create friction that demotivates teams and stunts growth. We exist to change that.

Based in the UK and working with scale-ups nationwide, we work alongside your team to bring the structure, clarity and focus needed to build happier, more motivated teams — and organisations that can genuinely innovate and grow sustainably.

To bring structure and clarity to our customers' strategic and operational processes, creating happier, more motivated teams aligned with their goals — enabling them to innovate and drive sustainable growth.

CASE
STUDIES

The proof is in the outcomes. Here's a look at how we've helped organisations solve real operational problems and achieve measurable results.

Invoicing cut from 2 weeks to 3 days.
No new software required.

How operational analysis prevented a costly and incorrect technology investment

70%
Reduction in processing time
£50K+
Cost avoidance in unnecessary software
40
Hours of manual reconciliation saved per month

We partnered with a global talent firm serving the US and UK accounting markets. Following a period of rapid expansion to over 1,000 consultants and a 100-person internal team, their operational maturity began to lag behind their commercial success.

The immediate symptom was a frustrated finance team dealing with a slow invoicing cycle. While the firm believed the answer lay in purchasing a new accounting platform, our analysis proved otherwise.

We demonstrated that the issue was not the technology itself — but the processes feeding into it.

The core issue was efficiency. The finance team faced a two-week delay in processing invoices, which created friction and slowed down cash flow. The firm's initial instinct was that their current accounting software was no longer fit for purpose.

However, the complexity lay in the lack of consistency upstream. Sales teams were generating Statements of Work (SOWs) on PandaDoc with varying rate structures — daily rates, hourly rates, and retainer fees. This data was trapped in a format that could not be easily exported, forcing the finance team to manually reconcile SOWs against submitted timesheets. This manual intervention was slow and prone to error.

Rather than beginning a new software implementation, we proposed to map the entire invoicing journey. We identified that the bottleneck started with how deals were structured. We worked with both Finance and Sales teams to standardise the SOW process, ensuring client rates were consistent and captured in a format that finance could access immediately.

We also implemented business logic to systematise timesheet approvals, removing the need for manual checks. By optimising the process rather than replacing the platform, we fixed the root cause of the delay.

1
Drastically improved efficiency
The invoicing cycle was reduced from 2 weeks to just 3 days.
2
Cost avoidance
The client saved significant budget by avoiding the licensing and implementation costs of unnecessary accounting software.
3
Data accuracy
Standardising SOWs eliminated the mismatch between sales data and finance requirements.
4
Scalable operations
The new process logic allowed the firm to continue growing without the back-office becoming a bottleneck.
"

"In the 12 months that followed this project, we grew from $20M to $80M in revenue — and Analytique's impact was a big part of that. Most importantly, they gave us as founders the space to stay focused on the highest-value work."

— Co-Founder, Audit Industry
